Service Guide OL600e/610e/610ePS

Chapter 3 Parts Replacement

3.3.10 Stacker Cover Assy

(1) Remove the upper cover (see 3.3.1).

(2) Remove the LED head cable from the connector on the Main Control PCB and remove the LED head
grounding screw (see 3.3.7, steps 3 & 4).

(3) Remove the reset lever R 1 . Remove the reset spring 2, then turn L 4 in direction A to release the tabs
on the face-down stacker cover assy 5.

(4) Release two pins of the lower base unit 3, then remove the stacker cover assy 5.

Note:

Use care when removing the stacker assy, because the cover close damper 6 is not permanently

attached.
