One Touch and Auto Dial locations available on your
MFP.

When you are finished programming your group, press

To program another group, go back to Step 3. If you are
finished, press the Select Function key.
Sending a Fax to a Group
To send a group fax, do the following:

Load your document.

Press the # key.

Press the number of the group you want to send to on
your numeric keypad.

Press Start.
To see a list of the groups and the locations within each
group, print a Telephone Directory. To do this:

Press the Select Function key.

Press the 6/Report Print key.

DIRECTORY
appears.
