If the fault persists even after the message has been acknowledged several
times and/or the transmitter has been exchanged, please contact your local
Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum service center.

Storage and disposal
9.1
Packaging
Please keep the original packaging. The packaging is required for storing the
Multi-Channel Controller and for shipping it to an Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum
service center.
9.2
Storage
The Multi-Channel Controller may only be stored in a dry room. The following
requirements must be met:

Disposal
The product must be disposed of in accordance with the relevant local regula-
tions for the environmentally safe disposal of systems and electronic compo-
nents.
Ambient temperature
-20…+60 °C
Humidity
As low as possible. Preferably in an
air-tight plastic bag with a desiccant.
