The grilling times are approximate.
Grilled vegetables
4 potatoes
500 g zucchini
1 big union
4 carrots
salt
pepper
2 table spoons oil or melted butter
Preheat the grill 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes, carrots and union. Half the potatoes and cut the
rest of the vegetables in pieces. Flavour with pepper and salt and grease with oil or butter.
Grill for 15-30 minutes to the vegetables are ready. Turn the vegetables during the grilling.
Chicken in honey
500 g chicken fillet
salt
pepper
Marinade
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon soya
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Cut the fillet in equal sizes. Prepare the marinade in a bowl. Mix the chicken with the marinade.
Let it stand for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Thread the chicken on wet wooden skewers. Grill for ca 10 minutes. The honey will quickly
give colour. Turn the skewers often. Flavour with salt and pepper.
