MEMORY MANAGEMENT
Since saving image data is an essential part of the software, it is crucial that you as a user
of this product, be familiar with the amount of memory that is available for recording your
data and where this memory space is located.
The Caption/Disk tab of the Control Properties window also displays clearly how much
memory you have on your current destination disk. This helps you to decide which disk you
would like to assign as your current disk for recording.
The diagram above shows that the only hard drive available is C: drive. However, if there
is more than one hard drive available for recording, make sure you put a check mark in
each square box that is on the right of the drive name. For example, If you would like to
have any image saved onto D: and E: drive, please ensure that you select D: as your first
(or current) recording drive (using the circle on the left of the drive name) and D: and E:
as your destination drive (using the square boxes on the right of the drive names).
Recordings will start with D: drive and continued on E: when drive D: is fully occupied.
When E: drive is filled, recordings will continue with D: drive again overwriting what was
written right at the beginning of the recording process.
