5. Start checking the alignment at the
“Hopper Pulley”
,
“Transition Rollers”
, then followed by the
“Drive Pul-
ley”
at the discharge end.
Note
The conveyor belt is properly aligned when it runs in the
center of all rollers.
If a conveyor belt is out of alignment, it will move to the
loose side. Tighten the loose side of the conveyor belt or
loosen the tight side of the conveyor belt.
Belt Alignment at Hopper Pulley:
1. Loosen
“Bearing Nuts”

2. Adjust the conveyor belt alignment by tightening or loos

4. Start the conveyor and run the conveyor belt slowly for
one (1) minute.
5. If belt is centered continue to the next step, if not repeat
the alignment process.
6. Replace any covers or guards that may have been re

moved.
