PROCEDURE
Cutter Head
For travel mode, after positioning booms so that they are supported in the
boom cradles, secure cutterheads using chain and hook. Remove chain and
hook for work mode.
Position the cutterhead so that it is in line with the boom (use cutterhead
rotate as required). With the boom high enough to clear the boom cradle,
Swing the boom slowly toward the machine.
Once over the cradle, make certain that the cutterhead is tilted back and
slowly lower the boom until it rests on the cradle.
Tilt the cutter head down until it comes to rest on the head bumper on
the frame.
Remove hook from storage and install on cutterhead.
