7.2.  INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

SWITCHING ON

Press the switch 

 to supply power to the table, the 

instrument performs a test: for a few seconds the display 

and the leds blink, in order to verify their integrity and 

correct operation.

Thereafter, the display shows the temperature sensed by 

the compartment probe.

The table is now in operation.  

See “setting the temperature” for instructions for checking 

or modifying the parameters set by the manufacturer.

SETTING THE TEMPERATURE

Pressing 

, the caption SEt appears. 

Pressing 

 a second time, the display shows the factory 

setpoint temperature.

The temperature is displayed for 15 seconds, during which 

a new temperature setting can be made by pressing  key 

 or key 

.

After setting the temperature required inside the appliance, 

if you do not use the keyboard for over 15 seconds or 

if you press 

, the last value shown on the display is 

confi rmed and you return to the previous mask.

Temperature can be chosen within maximum and minimum 

SET values, already defi ned as follows:

AR EN1-EN2     -3/+10°C 

AF EN1-EN2    

-25/-5°C 

AF EN2 SUPER -30/-5°C 

To ensure a uniform internal temperature, the appliance 

is equipped with an electric fan, wich can be activated by 

pressing the switch on the control panel. 

      Position I (RH% MIN): static-fan-assisted 

operation (fan powered by compressor).

   

      Position II (RH% MAX): fan-assisted operation          

(fan running constantly).

With holding cabinets (LT), product chilling can be 

facilitated by turning the special knob

the internal fans will operate at maximum speed.  

MACHINE STATUS MENU

To access the “Machine menu” menu Press 

If alarms are not present, the label SEt appears.

PROGRAMMING MENU

To enter the programming menu, press

DEFROSTING

This control automatically carries out the stated defrosting 

cycles, that is:

n. 1 defrosting every 12 hours

AF

n. 1 defrosting every 6 hours

A thermostat probe determines the end of the defrost 

cycle; in the event of a fault, a safety timer trips in order
