Hydraulics

Step 4:

Remove nut from cylinder upper pin, 1, retainer

bolt, 2, then remove bolt and drive out upper pin.

Step 5:

Remove front end attachment cylinder, 3, and

four washers (two washers per pin).

Front End Attachment Cylinder Installation

Step 1:

Inspect two bushings (one per front end

attachment mounting clevis) for scoring and excessive
wear. Replace if required, and install in attachment
clevises.

Step 2:

Align cylinder lower clevis, 1, with front end

attachment lower clevis, 2.

Step 3:

Install lower pin, 3, with two washers, and with

retainer bolt holes in cylinder clevis, 1, and pin aligned.

Step 4:

Install retainer bolt, 4, through holes in cylinder

clevis, 1, and pin, 3. Install nut on retainer bolt and
torque to 14.9 +/- 1.3 Mm (11 +/- 1 Ib-ft).

Step 5:

Align cylinder upper clevis, 1, with front end

attachment upper clevis, 2.

Step 6:

Install upper pin, 3, with two washers, and with

retainer bolt holes in cylinder clevis, 1, and pin aligned.

Step 7:

Install retainer bolt, 4, through holes in cylinder

clevis, 1, and pin, 3. Install nut on retainer bolt and
torque to 14.9 +/- 1.3 Mm (11 +/- 1 Ib-ft).

Step 8:

Reconnect hydraulic lines, 5. Torque fittings to

25.8 +/- 1.3 Nm (19 +/- 1 Ib-ft).
