When disassembling/(re)assembling, be sure to use the conductive mat (J5033) and wrist strap (J5033-5)
for static protection of electrical parts.
When disassembling, make sure to memorize the processing state of wires, screws to be fixed and
their types, etc.
Because prototypes are used for "Disassembly/(Re)assembly/Adjustment", they may differ from
the actual products in forms, etc.
Because pictures are processed by a special method, they may differ from the actual ones in
texture.
This lens will need the optical lens-alignment work in case of performing the below work.
Therefore, after the work, adjust optical lens-alignment at service facilities where such work
can be carried out.
Disassembly of 3rd lens group unit
Replacement of G1 lens chamber, G2 lens chamber, G3-G5 lens chamber, 2nd lens group unit,
3rd lens group unit, rear connecting lens, inner fixed tube, cam tube, 1st lens-G lead ring

For G1R2 surface (back side), nano crystal coat (hereinafter called "Nano coat"
)
is used.
"Nano coat" is so soft that it is easily damaged by wiping with a lens cleaning paper.
Therefore, treat with enough caution so that dust/dirt, etc, is NOT adhered on the "nano coat"
surface when disassembling.
If dust/dirt is adhered on the G1R2 surface, blow away as much dust/dirt by a blower as pos-
sible.
If dust/dirt cannot be removed by a blower, dip a CK wiper (CK) lightly in methanol and wipe
the surface softly with it. Do NOT use the CK wiper for cleaning the G1R2 surface again, if it
has been used even once.
・
Lead-free solder is used for this product.
・
For soldering work, the special solder and soldering iron are required.
・
Do NOT mix up lead-free solder with traditional solder.
・
Use the special soldering iron respectively for lead-free solder and lead
solder.
They cannot be used in common.
Points to notice for Lead-free solder products
