Combined frequency and duty set the pulse width to not more than 
6.25 ns and the pulse may be lost.

Because the pulse width is set to 6.25 ns to 100 ns due to the 
combination of frequency and duty, the pulse width may become 
unstable (large jitter component). 

 

WARNING 003 

Since high frequency, burst oscillation mark and space may be 
unstable.

Low level setting changed due to high level setting change, or 
conversely, high level setting changed due to low level setting
