temperature on an ozone cell indicating a potential problem with the cell or the fans
in the ozone generator. The ozone generator is turned off and all other functions
will operate normally.
Internal Ozone Fault! Ozone Off.:
The internal diagnostics of the ozone generator
has tripped indicating that there is a potential problem with one of the ozone
generator components. The ozone generator is turned off and, will attempt to
restart every 30 seconds until the fault is rectified. All other functions will operate
normally.
c) Pressure Switch:
A pressure switch monitors the pump discharge pressure at
the pump volute and is located on the outside of the control box. The switch is
used during the automatic prime function and during normal operation. During the
automatic prime function, the pressure switch will signal for the pump to turn on
when the pressure is 7 psig or greater. After a 30 second delay, the pressure
switch will then monitor the discharge pressure continuously. During normal
operation, if the pump discharge pressure goes below 3 psig, the pressure switch
will signal the PLC to shutdown all the reclaim system functions except for the
automatic bypass function, which will provide city water to the wash with an
activation signal instead of reclaim water.. The pressure switch can be reset by
turning the Control Switch to Off and then to Auto. After a 30 second delay, the
switch will start monitoring the discharge pressure.
d) Reclaim Control Box:
The Reclaim Control Box houses the VFD, PLC,
breakers, wiring connections, etc. for the control of the reclaim unit. The control box
door should remain closed during normal operation and the system can be
controlled using the following located on the outside of the box.
Power Disconnect Switch:
The Power Disconnect Switch will turn off or on the
power to the reclaim system. There is still incoming power from the main breaker
box into the Power Disconnect Switch as long as the main breakers are not tripped.
In the Off position, both the 3-Phase and 1-Phase power are disconnected to the
reclaim system. In the On position, both the 3-Phase and 1-Phase power are
connected to the reclaim system. The Power Disconnect Switch has a safety bar
attached to prevent the box from being opened when the switch is in the “On”
position. The safety bar is released when the switch is in the “Off” position and
allows the door to be opened.
(Safety Note:
Do not override the safety bar and power the system with the
door open as an electric shock may result.)
Control Switch (Hand / Off / Auto):
The Control Switch allows the operator to set
the reclaim unit in different operating modes while the power is on.
Hand:
The primary function of this setting is to automatically place the system into
a city water bypass mode. The bypass solenoid valve on the unit will open with a
