[Advanced] menu of the BIOS setup utility, make sure that the [PCI
Slot
xx
ROM] parameter (where
xx
is the PCI slot number) under [PCI
Configuration] is set to [Enabled].
IMPORTANT:
When N8103-129/130 is inserted, do not switch to the
hibernation or standby mode.
1.
See page 197 to prepare.
2.
Pull out the server from the rack (as described on page 197).
3.
Remove the logic cover (as described on page 214).
4.
Hold the riser card handle and bracket as shown in the figure on the right, and remove the
riser card.
If the card is hard to remove, hold down the server while lifting the card.
IMPORTANT:
Carefully remove the riser card so as not to contact
any other components.
5.
Remove the bracket from the server.
