Procedure for License Authentication
Product Key used in the procedure for license authentication should be matched with the COA label
in which the product key contained in Windows Server 2008 is written.
NOTES:
Execute the activation within 60 days.
COA label may be attached to your server.
Updating the System
IMPORTANT:
"Updating the System" disables the Scalable
Networking Pack (SNP) function.
If you use the SNP function, enable it manually after the reboot.
Update the system in the situation below:
CPU is expanded (expanded to single processor to multi-processor).
Modified system configuration.
Recovered the system using recovery process.
The system update brings the correction program provided by Microsoft to be applied to reinforce
the system security.
The system update is recommended.
