3.3.2 Operation
mode
specification
The operation mode is specified according to the status of pins MODE0 to MODE2. In an application
system fix the specification of these pins and do not change them during operation. Operation is not
guaranteed if these pins are changed during operation.
To program/erase the contents of the external memory device, it is required to enable a “Flash-Pro-
gramming-Mode”. The following operation modes are generally available for the V850E/CA2 Jupiter
device:
(a) µPD703128, µPD703129
Remarks: 1. L: Low-level input
2. H: High-level input
