
9-14 Upgrading Your Server

Slide the hard disk drive bay in the depth of the server only a little to remove the bay.
IMPORTANT:
Be careful not to have the hard disk drive bay hit on any
components on the mother board.
Be careful not to get the hard disk drive bay caught in internal
cables.
9.
Place the hard disk drive bay on the anti-static table carefully.
10.
Hold the hard disk drive with the connector side facing toward you and the board side
facing downward and then insert the hard disk drive into the slot slowly and gently.
Place the hard disk drive so that it is put on the craws (4) of the hard disk drive bay.
