Step 6: Install VMware ESX Server 3.0.2ft

Insert the install CD of ft control
software for VMware
Infrastructure to start the
machine.

The ftSys logo is displayed.

IMPORTANT:

Set CPU/IO module 0 as the
primary, and insert the installation
CD into the drive of primary side.

Press

Enter

at [boot: _].

Replace the CD with the install
CD of Software Products for
VMware Infrastructure for
ftServer Systems Release 3.0.2ft.
Select [Local CDROM] for
Installation Method, select [OK]
and press

Enter

It changes to the graphical mode.

The start screen of the install
