2.6 Measuring ORP

Measuring relative mV
This meter can measure relative potential difference by
shifting the measured potential to zero. (A potential
without compensation is called absolute mV.)
1.
Press the CAL key in the mV Instantaneous
Value Measurement mode.
REL is displayed under mV and the current reading
value becomes the offset potential used for
compensation, and the meter will display the
relative mV instantaneous value.
2.
Press the CAL key again.
The meter returns to the absolute mV display.
Potential compensation during
relative
mV
measurement does not affect the displayed pH value.
