The measured value is blinking
The pH value exceeds the measurement range (when
pH value is displayed).
Measurement range: pH 0.00 – pH 14.00
The mV value exceeds the measurement parameters
(when mV value is displayed).
Display range: ±1999 mV
The ION measurement value is out of the range (in the
ION mode).
Display range: 99.9 or above
The measured conductivity value exceeds the
measurement parameters (when conductivity value is
displayed).
Display range: 0.00 – 19.99 (when cell constant is 100
m
-1
)
The measured DO value exceeds the measurement
parameters (when DO value is displayed).
Display range: 0.00 – 19.99
Cause
How to solve problem
The sample
solution is
inappropriate.
Change to a sample solution with
properties within the measurement
range.
The liquid
junction is not
immersed in the
sample solution.
Immerse the electrode in the
sample solution all the way until the
liquid junction or deeper.
The electrode
cable has been
severed.
Replace the electrode.
The main body
of the pH meter
is defective.
Check the point described below.
The meter has
not been
calibrated or it
has been
calibrated
incorrectly.
Calibrate the meter correctly.
