DOOr DiSASSEmBLY
If you should arrange the machine in rooms, the ac-
cess opening of which is narrower than the size of the
machine, you can temporarily disassemble the door to
reduce the machine depth to 665 mm.
Disassembly and reassembly shall be performed by
qualified personnel having a specific knowledge of
the machine.
Considering the overall dimensions of the door-
counterdoor assembly, the operation must be per-
formed by two people.
to disassemble the door, act as follows:
Detach the connectors from the electric board;

release the wiring intended to connect the door
-
Unscrew the plastic screws intended to fasten the mo-
-
tor compartment cover and remove the cover
release the door retainer bracket on one side by un-
-
screwing the setscrew;
Unscrew the hinge fastening screws completely and
-
pay attention not to extract the pin from the door-coun-
terdoor assembly;
Unscrew the safety screws and remove the door
-
after having accessed the room, reassemble the door by
acting in the reverse order.
iNTErNAL COmPONENTS
the evaporator unit on the shelf of the refrigerated box is
composed by a fan, the evaporator, the air conveyor and
the water retaining trap beneath the evaporator.
The C.P.U. (central process unit) board inside the pay
-
ment system compartment is intended to manage the
various functions of the dispensing machine.
the cooling unit is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet.
the temperature can be set between 4°c and 20°c.
the cooling unit is automatically defrosted every 6 hours.
the defrost time can be directly programmed from the
software.
the electric panel at the bottom of the payment system
compartment accommodates the board operating users
at 230 V∿, protection fuses, the main switch, reactors for
neon lamps and the safety transformer supplying users
at a low voltage value.
