Chapter 1
FiLLiNg AND CLEANiNg
the machine is not suitable for installation outdoors. It
must be installed in a dry room at a temperature ranging
from 2°c to 34°c.
It can not be installed in a room where water jets are
used for cleaning (e.g. large kitchens, etc.).
the machine must be installed far from a source of
heat, near a wall, and in such a way that the back is min.
10 cm. far from the wall in order to provide for regular
ventilation, above all in the area where the compressor is
arranged.
It shall not be covered by a piece of cloth or alike.
the machine must be arranged in such a way that the
maximum inclination will not exceed 2°.
HYgiENE AND CLEANiNg
The operator of an automatic vending machine is
responsible for its hygiene and cleaning on the
basis of the health and safety rules in force
.
It is recommended to use sanitising products to clean
the surfaces, even if not directly in contact with food-
stuffs.
some parts of the machine can be damaged by corro-
sive detergents.
The manufacturer will disclaim all responsibility for
any damage caused to people by the non-observ-
ance of the rules in force.
uSiNg THE DiSPENSErS OF BOTTLES/
CANS
the dispensers of bottles/cans may be only used for
selling and dispensing food drinks in cans, bottles, made
of several materials (metal, glass, plastic, etc.) originally
sealed.
Carefully follow the producer's instructions on how
to preserve products and on their pull date.
any other use shall be considered as improper and
therefore potentially dangerous
DOOr SWiTCH
Whenever you open the door, a special switch will power
off the electric installation of the equipment to allow the
user to carry out the ordinary filling and cleaning opera
-
tions described here below in totally safe conditions.
All the operations requiring the machine to be
directly connected to a source of electricity must
be ONLY carried out by the personnel qualified and
informed on the specific risks involved.
