Bottle guides are intended to keep the bottles having a
cone-shaped neck aligned to prevent them from inclining
forwards.

the guides shall be fastened to the single columns by
coupling them with numbered slots. the two guides are
placed at a correct distance when bottles move down as
far as the rotor while keeping horizontally.

as regards double columns, it is necessary not only to
provide for coupling with numbered slots, but also to find
out the most suitable shim and to regulate the guides
correspondingly.
anti-friction elements shall be assembled between the
bottle guides.

The settings obtained from the procedures de-
scribed by the previous chapters are indicative
because they depend upon the geometric features
and the mechanical resistance of bottles.
It is necessary to check every single column to
make sure it is operating properly.
Very irregular or not very compact bottles may
require the use of special accessories.
