1. Insert four roll-in T-slot nuts to the right side of the reinforcing rail groove.
NOTE
Insert roll-in T-slot nuts at an angle to the reinforcing rail groove.
2. Fix the weight to the roll-in T-slot nut with screw.
3. In the same way in step 1, insert four roll-in T-slot nuts to the left side of the reinforcing rail groove.
4. Fix the weight to the roll-in T-slot nut with screw.
