3. Use the [+] key or [–] key on the operation panel to select Print head to use between "Head 1" and
"Head2".
4.4.7 Selecting Ink Types
This section describes the procedure to select ink types currently used.
You can select the ink type at anytime, not just at the initial charge.
Follow the procedure below to select the ink type.
1. From Setup menu, change the display on the operation panel to "Set28 : InkType".
2. Press the [Enter] key on the operation panel.
• When selecting 8Color or 6Color in Ink set menu, proceed to the step 4.
"InkType : * " (For *, refer to the chart in the step 5) is displayed on the operation panel.
• When 4Color Single or 4Color Double is selected as the ink set, proceed to the step 3.
"Ink Type : *" (* indicates Head 1 or Head 2) is displayed on the operation panel.
