Disinfecting surfaces

Disinfect the control unit, metal plate,
power supply and handpiece cable as
described in chapter 5.5 on page 35.

Cleaning surfaces
In the event of external contamination:

Wipe the device and its accessories
with a soft cloth moistened with a
cleanser or disinfectant.

Transport and storage condi-

NOTICE
Device damage caused by dropping it
If the device is dropped, it can be damaged.

If the device falls, perform a visual in-
spection of the components.

Hand over the device to a specialist re-
tailer for inspection if it exhibits any ex-
ternal signs of damage or if it does not
function normally.

Always transport the device and its
accessories in the original packaging.

Fasten the metal plate of the device
for transport on the rear side.

Remedying problems when
operating the handpiece
If a longer signal tone sounds when the
handpiece is started and the message
CONNECT HANDPIECE or SYSTEM OVER-
LOAD appears on the display:

Ensure that a handpiece is connected
to the device (see chapter 5.4 on
page 35).

Ensure that you only use artyst hand-
pieces. Otherwise, the device can be
overloaded.
