Managing Policy Enforcement Rules
The following table lists the common tasks that are used to manage the policy enforcement rules.
Task
Action
To delete a policy enforcement rule
Click the check box in front of the policy enforcement rule and
click the
Delete
button.
To duplicate a policy enforcement rule
Click the check box in front of the policy enforcement rule and
click the
Copy
button.
To edit a policy enforcement rule
Click the name of the rule and the [Edit Policy Rule] windows will
appear.
To change the priority of a policy
enforcement rule
Click the check box in front of the policy enforcement rule, click
the
Change Priority
button, and specify a new priority for this
rule.
NOTE
When more than one policy enforcement rule is matched, the IEF-G9010 Series takes the action of the rule
with the highest priority and ignores the rest of the rules. The rules are listed in the table by priority with
the highest priority rule listed in the top row of the table.
