- Unplug the appliance.
- For easier cleaning, rinse the accessories immediately after use.
- Wash and dry the accessories: you can clean them all in the dishwasher, in
water, or under the tap, except for the mincer head assembly
(j+k3+k6+k7+k8) and the motor unit (a), which should be wiped with a
damp sponge.
- Once you have dried them, wipe the 4-blade cutter (k6) and the grilles (k7)
with vegetable oil to avoid them rusting.
- Pour hot water with a few drops of washing up liquid into the blender jug
(h3). Close the lid (h2) with the measuring cap (h1) and Pulse briefly.
Unplug the appliance and rinse the jug.
- The accessory blades are extremely sharp. Handle them with care.
Tip:
If the accessories become discoloured by foods (carrots, oranges, etc.),
rub them with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil and then wash them as normal.
Avoid storing your food processor in a damp environment.
