To.assign.a.Speed.Dial.number.in.Phone.Book
You can store up to 9 Speed Dial numbers under the keys 1-9, using any of the entries stored in
the Phone Book . Once stored you can press and hold the relevant Speed Dial number key (1-9) in
Standby mode, to dial the number . Speed dial numbers can be up to a maximum of 24 digits .
1 . Press the RSK ‘Ph Bk’ or press the key
2 . Use the and keys to highlight a Phone Book entry
2 . Press the LSK ‘Options’
3 . Use the key to highlight ‘Speed Dial’
4 . Press the LSK ‘Select’ and the Speed Dial list (1-9) will be displayed .
5 . Use the and keys to highlight the Speed Dial number (1-9) you would like .
6 . Press the LSK ‘Select’ . The name of your Phone Book entry will now be displayed next to the
Speed Dial number .
7 . Press the
key to return to standby .
Note: If there is more than one contact number for the chosen Phone Book entry you will be
prompted to highlight and select the number for the Speed Dial .
To.check.the.Phone.Book.Memory.
1 . Press the RSK ‘Ph Bk’ or press the key
2 . Press the LSK ‘Options’
3 . Use the and keys to highlight ‘Check Memory’
4 . Press the LSK ‘Select’ and the current Phone Book memory status will be displayed:
eg: Used: 15
Total: 200
5 . Press the
key to return to standby .
To.search.for.a.Phone.Book.entry.
1 . Press the RSK ‘Ph Bk’ or press the key
2 . Using the keypad, enter the first letter of the Phone Book entry . Press the key the required
number of times eg: for the letter ‘H’ you would press the number 4 key twice .
