Entering a Dialling Pause (P)
If your telephone is connected to a switchboard/PBX network, it may be necessary to insert a pause
into the dialling sequence.
When entering a number, press the (pause) key where a pause is required.
A ‘P’ will be displayed to confirm.
To view a Phone Book entry
1. Press the RSK ‘Ph Bk’ or press the
key
2. Press the LSK ‘Options’
3. Check that ‘View Entry’ is highlighted
4. Press the LSK ‘Select’
To edit a Phone Book entry
1. Press the RSK ‘Ph Bk’ or press the
key
2. Press the LSK ‘Options’
3. Use the
key to highlight ‘Edit Entry’
4. Use the keypad and the
and
keys to edit the entry.
4. Press the LSK ‘Save’ to confirm and store the entry.
To delete from the Phone Book
1. Press the RSK ‘Ph Bk’ or press the
key
2. Press the LSK ‘Options’
3. Use the
and
keys to highlight ‘Delete Entry’ or ‘Delete All’, whichever is required.
4. A check screen will be displayed ‘Confirm?’
5. Press the LSK ‘OK’ to confirm, or the RSK ‘Cancel’ if you wish to go back and check.
Once deleted, Phone Book entries
cannot be retrieved, they must be
re-entered as new entries.
