Making.an.Internal.Call
With more than one handset registered to the same base you can make internal calls between
handsets .
1 . Press the ‘INT’ key
2 . Enter the number of the handset that you would like to call .
3 . The called handset will ring and display the number of the handset calling eg: Handset 1
4 . When the other handset is answered you can begin your internal call .
5 . Press the
key to end the call .
Receiving.an.Internal.Call.
When you receive an internal call, the handset will ring and display the number of the calling
handset: eg: Handset 2
1 . Press the
key to answer the call .
2 . Press the
key to end the call .
Transferring.a.call/Call.forward.to.another.handset
To.transfer.an.external.call.to.another.handset
1 . During an external call, press the ‘INT’ key to put the external call on hold
2 . Enter the number of the handset that you would like to transfer the call to
3 . When the called handset is answered, press the
key to transfer the call .
To.forward.an.external.call.to.another.handset.
1 . During an external call, press the ‘INT’ key to put the external call on hold
2 . Enter the number of the handset that you would like to transfer the call to
3 . When the called handset starts to ring (and before it is answered), press the
key
straight away to forward the call .
Note: If the external call is not answered by the other handset after 30 seconds, it will ring back
at the originating handset . If the call is not answered after 1 minute of ringing at the originating
handset, it will be disconnected .
