2. Error Conditions - Error Message List

Creaser Error 10

Unknown Creaser error.

Creaser Jam

There is paper in the Creaser module.

Emergency Stop

The emergency stop button has been
pressed. Turn the emergency stop
button clockwise to release it.

(See Section 1.7.2).

Error on 28V Rail

The 28V Rail voltage has stopped.

•

The F2 fuse is defective.

(See Section 7.1.1).

Fuses Blown

The F4 or F5 fuse on the Motor Drive
PCB in the drive unit is defective.

(See Section 7.1.1).

•

The windjammer cable or signal
interface PCB is not connected.

(See Section 4.6.1).

Initialising bins

The MFC has done a check for bin
control software updates.

(See Section 4.5.6).

Motor stalled

The GUI CPU has not received the
PWM signal input from the Creaser
Controller PCB.

No response

The feed bins in the MFC have not
initialised properly.

Turn MFC off and then on again.

No zerox

The zerox PCB has been removed or
is defective.

The mains supply has been
