Set the required temperature filter time by turning the handwheel (2)
(0s/OFF -55s).

Press the handwheel (2) and confirm the value.

Leave the menu by pressing the “Back” button (3).
The temperature filter is a maximum value filter. An increasing temperature is
displayed immediately. If the temperature falls, the recently measured
maximum value is displayed for the set filter time. If the filter time has expired,
the decreased current value is adopted for a measurement cycle. This prevents
the display from fluctuating.
