8 Mounting

respective chapters of this operating manual.
8.1 Mechanical installation
CAUTION!
Danger from damage / incorrect connections!
Damaged components or incorrect connections could lead to
malfunctions or considerable damage to property.
•
Before switching on, always perform a visual inspection of the
system. Check the components for damage and the
connections for secure seating.
•
Do not use any products with obvious signs of damage.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury from moving machine parts!
While the tool is controlled, components and assembly groups of
the machine are moved manually or automatically. Machine
components and assembly groups that are moved in a rotating
and/or linear manner may cause severe injuries and result in
material damage.
•
Keep people out of the working range of the machine or tool.
•
Remove objects from the working range of the machine or tool.
•
During operation, do not reach into moving components.
•
Never perform any work on sensors when the system is set in
automatic mode.
