8.5 Mesh water filter
Mesh filter of the connection hose prevents the water supply system from gumming
up. Mesh filter is cleaned once it gets dirty.
Mesh filter is situated inside the screw part of the tap water inlet (8) (Fig. 3) and can
be accessed from the outside of the Stainer for cleaning (a supplemental mesh filter might
also be inside the connection hose).
To clean the mesh filter:
a) Turn off the water supply.
b) Unscrew the nut of the connection hose from the Stainer.
c) Carefully take out the mesh filter and wash it. Wash outer and inner parts of the
screw joint.
d) Put the filter back into place.
e) Screw the connection hose to the Stainer.
f) Open the water supply tap and check all the joints.
8.6 Air filter
The air filter is located on the bottom panel of the Stainer and is intended for the
protection of the inner cavity of the Stainer from dust and dirt.
Air filter must be changed or cleaned once it gets dirty, but no less than once per
year.
To change the air filter:
a) Take racks and troughs out of the working chamber, take off the removable
working table.
b) Carefully raise the Stainer from the left side.
c) Take off the protective lid and take out the filter element.
d) After cleaning/changing the filter element, perform the installation of filter in
reverse order.
