A message will appear on the touch screen:
PUT THE RACK HANDLE INTO THE GRAB OF
MANIPULATOR AND TOUCH THE SCREEN
TO EXIT, PRESS <CANCEL>
CAUTION!
POSITIONING TEST IS PERFORMED WITH AN OPEN LID. NO
EXTRANEOUS OBJECTS (INCLUDING OPERATOR’S HANDS) MUST IMPEDE THE
MOVING OF MANIPULATOR.
CAUTION!
MOVING MANIPULATOR MAY CAUSE HAND INJURIES.
Put the handle of the rack into the manipulator's grab. Remove hands from the
working chamber. Touch the screen – the manipulator will start moving from station to
station, pausing for 2 seconds at each station. A message on the screen warns:
DO NOT TOUCH MOVING PARTS OF
MANIPULATOR UNTIL FULL STOP
After the Stainer has checked all stations, it will return the rack in reverse order to the
initial station No. 1 (drying station). If during lowering, the bottom of a rack touches either a
closest to manipulator wall of a trough, or the upper edge of a closest to manipulator wall of
a trough, further operation with this rack is prohibited: its geometry has been disrupted, the
rack must be repaired at the manufacturing site, or by specialists of an authorized company.
CAUTION!
IN CASE OF ERRORS IN THE OPERATION OF STAINER,
IMMEDIATELY PRESS THE BUTTON CANCEL, then switch off the device and, if
necessary, change the faulty part.
FORBIDDEN
TO PUT HANDS AND EXTRANEOUS OBJECTS INTO THE
WORKING CHAMBER OF THE STAINER DURING POSITIONING TEST.
When the positioning test is complete, a message about a positioning test for the first
rack appears on the screen again.
Check all the other supplied racks with the positioning test.
To exit from the positioning program after all the racks have been checked, press the
button CANCEL.
