CAUTION!
BEFORE CONNECTION, CHECK FOR A BACK-FLOW VALVE AT THE
PIPE STUB OF SIPHON; IF THERE IS ONE – REMOVE IT, BECAUSE THE WATER
DRAIN, FLOWS NATURALLY.
CAUTION!
THE DRAIN HOSE MUST NOT BE KINKED, BENT, OR PINCHED
CAUSING HOSE DAMAGE OR RESTRICTING WATER FLOW.
CAUTION!
THE EXHAUST WATER OUTLET MUST BE LOCATED HIGHER THAN
THE CONNECTION POINT OF THE HOSE TO THE DRAIN SYSTEM AND HIGHER THAN
THE EDGES OF THE SINK, TO THE SIPHON OF WHICH THE STAINER IS CONNECTED.
THE DRAIN HOSE MUST BE LAIN AND FIXED IN SUCH A WAY THAT ALL ITS
SECTIONS WOULD BE LOWER THAN THE EXHAUST WATER OUTLET OF THE
STAINER. WHEN LAYING THE HOSE, MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO REVERS SLOPES
OF HOSE.

Connection to a water supply.
Connection to the water supply system is made with a flexible 3/4''-3/4'' pipe thread
connection hose for washing machines (included in the delivery set).

Connect the hose corner fitting with a nut to the tap water inlet (8) at the rear panel
of the Stainer. Tighten the nut with hand. Connect the other end of the hose to a cold water
tap having a ¾” pipe thread. Tighten the nut with hand. Turn on the tap; check that there are
no water leaks. If necessary, tighten the nuts of the hose.
CAUTION!
THE WATER SUPPLY HOSE MUST NOT BE KINKED, BENT, OR
PINCHED CAUSING HOSE DAMAGE OR RESTRICTING WATER FLOW.
CAUTION!
THE CONNECTION HOSE MUST NOT BE TENSIONED. IF THE
SUPPLIED HOSE IS TOO SHORT, CHANGE IT TO A LONGER ONE, WHICH CAN HOLD
THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM.
