Creating Programs

A ramp step will not hold the block at its finish tempera-
ture. Instead, as soon as finish temperature is reached, the
next step of the program will immediately be executed. To
hold the block for some period of time at a ramp step’s fin-
ish temperature, make sure a temperature step immediately
follows the ramp step, and program the hold at the finish
temperature into this step.
Entering a GoTo Step
To enter a GoTo step, select
GoTo
from the Enter Menu. The first GoTo
screen will be displayed:
The second line of this screen shows the number of the step being pro-
grammed (5 is used in the example above). The last line of the screen
allows entry of the number of the step the program should cycle back to.
Enter the number of the step the program should cycle back to (1 is used
in the example below):
Enter: CUSTOM1
3= 2.0˚/s to 69.0˚
