Troubleshootin

In case where any error/warning appeared

If any error/warning message appeared on the touch panel and the display monitor, follow the description
below to take an appropriate action.

Possible cause and measures

01. Valve Thermal

The valve's thermal switch is activated. Wait 30 minutes before use.

02. Table Section Collision

The head plate or the back plate is about to contact with operating

03. Table Section Collision

The waist plate is about to contact with the operating table.

04. Table Section Collision

05. Motor Lock

The pump motor has broken down. Request repairs from your
distributor or Mizuho.

06. Power Supply

The AC power has broken down. Request repairs from your
distributor or Mizuho.

07. 15A Fuse

The fuse has blown out. Request repairs from your distributor or
Mizuho.

08. Emergency Switch

The emergency stop switch was pressed. Before resetting the
emergency switch, ensure the safety of the patient and stuff
members.

09. Battery Discharge

The battery is out of charge. Charge the battery before use.

10. Brake Lock

The operating table cannot be locked. Check that the emergency
break release handle is at the “LOCK” position.

11. Hand Control Communication

The control unit is out of communication. Use the touch panel or the
infrared remote controller.

13. Main Board Communication

The main circuit board has any abnormality. Request repairs from
your distributor or Mizuho.

14. Sensor Board Communication

The sensor circuit board has any abnormality. Request repairs from
your distributor or Mizuho.

16. Pump Thermal

The thermal switch of the pump motor is on. Wait 30 minutes before
use.

17. 5V Power

The main circuit board has any abnormality. Request repairs from
your distributor or Mizuho.

18. Remote Control Code

Correct the code no. by using the touch panel.

21. E_Button

The operating table cannot be operated with the control unit or the
foot switch. Use the touch panel or the infrared remote controller.

22. Low Battery

The battery level is low. Charge the battery.

24. Table Up Potentiometer

The sensor for up and down has any abnormality. Request repairs
from your distributor or Mizuho.
