2.2.5 Program Instructions
After verifying the revision, the IP Address, and Subnet Mask of the access point, enter
HyperTerminal to program the access point.
1. Access HyperTerminal by selecting Start > Programs > Accessories >
Communications . Upon opening HyperTerminal, a Connection Description window
displays.
2. Enter a name (suggestion: one that corresponds with the access point new revision) and
Icon, and select
OK . A Connect To window displays (shown in FIGURE 2-10).
