ERR33 SHEET SIZE The sheet is too short in terms
of the feeding direction.
Use a longer sheet.
ERR34 DAT REMAIN The device has executed an
improper operation while it is put
on hold.
Press the [REMOTE] key to cut
the remaining data or clear it. (See
page 3.12)
ERR36 MARKdetect No registration mark detected.
(Right after the sheet detection)
Check whether or not the sheet is
curling up.
Confirm the appropriate detect start-
ing point specified.
Confirm the black registration mark
printed against the white back-ground.
Confirm no dust or dirt in between the
registration marks.
In case setting value of [DIST. REVI.]
is [BEFORE], confirm no mistake on
the specified length.
Confirm no mistake on the registration
mark settings.
Confirm the status and the settings
described above. If still no registration
mark detected, contact your distributor
or us.
ERR32 DATAtooBIG The amount of received data is
too large for the device to per-
form the plural sheets cutting.
Refer to the explanation of the
plural sheets cutting function. (See
page 3.16)
Error message Cause Remedy
ERR36 MARKdetect
Display the "ERR38
MARKSCALE" and the
"JOG & ENT or END"
alternately.
No registration mark detected.
(During copy-cutting operation)
In case using a non elastic sheet or a
wider sheet (approximately 800mm,
and more), use three pinch rollers to
hold the sheet.
Confirm no dust or dirt in between the
registration marks.
Confirm the black registration mark
printed against the white back-ground.
Confirm no mistake on the registration
mark settings.
In case a sheet raised during the
registration mark detection, set the
PAPER HOLD to OFF.
