Multigrain rolls

Mix together the two types
of fl our, salt and sunfl ower
seeds. Dissolve the yeast in the
lukewarm water and add to the
fl our. Knead for 3–4 minutes.
Prove in the oven for 20 minutes
using the special "Prove dough"
programme, or with
Combination mode/Fan plus
at 30°C, 100% moisture for 20
minutes.

Shape into rolls and sprinkle
with your choice of seeds.
Place on the universal tray and
bake (see below for settings).

250 g spelt fl our
250 g strong wholemeal fl our
40 g fresh yeast or 2 sachets of
dried yeast
300 ml lukewarm water
2 tsp salt
100 g sunfl ower seeds
