Mandarins and prawns on
toast

Toast the bread under the
grill, turning once (see below
for settings). Chop the dill.

Spread the cream cheese
evenly over the toast, place
the mandarins and prawns on
top and sprinkle with dill and
cayenne pepper.

Cover the toast with the
cheese slices, place the toast
on the rack under the grill, place
the universal tray on the lowest
shelf level and grill (see below
for settings).
