3.2
Power On and Login / Logout
After all required devices are connected, plug in the power adaptor with the
power supply cord to power on the NVR. Make sure the power source is
between AC 110V to AC 240V.
Once the NVR is powered on, the login page will be displayed. Users can
choose to login with two preset accounts: “admin” and “user”. The preset
password for the administrator account “admin” is “1234”, while the preset
password for the “user” account is “4321”.
NOTE:
It is strongly suggested to change the preset password to
prevent unauthorized access to the unit.
An icon displayed at the status bar will show the authority level of the account.
Under logout condition, the icon will be a guest icon. When an account is
logged in, its privilege level number (1~8) will be shown.
While an account is logged in, users can access functions to set to the
equivalent or lower authority level. To logout the system, click on the Menu
icon at the left of the function bar and select <Logout>. Refer to the following
section for more details about the function bar.
3.3
Function Bar
The function bar located at the bottom of the screen allows users to setup and
operate the NVR with the intuitive GUI experience. On the function bar, icons
from left to right are Menu icon, Status icons, Mode icon, Search icon, PTZ
Control icon, Playback icon, Monitor Mode icon, System Info icon, Camera
Setup icon and Date/Time Information. The System Info icon will only be
shown after an authorized account is logged in.
NOTE:
Users can also right click the mouse, and the pop-up menu
provides some similar functions such as Mode List, Mode, Search,
Dome and Fast PB.
The Function Bar will be displayed at the bottom and the functional icons are
