Port 1 and port 2 status LED indicators are programmable via the registers, to three different
modes. All LED mode definitions for mode 0, mode 1 and mode 2 are described in Table 5 below.
The user can program register CGCR for the KSZ8841-PMQL and register SGCR5 for the
KSZ8842-PMQL.
