Rectification
System does not respond
- No voltage supply
Check the voltage supply to the operator and the
control
Door travels to the CLOSED end position
when the UP button is pressed
- Rotating field is connected wrongly
- Check the rotating field and set to clockwise rotating
field, if necessary
ERROR END POS.
- The OPEN and CLOSED limit switches are both
open, although at least one limit switch should
be closed
Check the connection at X11
Check the limit switch connections
Check the limit switch settings
ERROR RUNTIME
The programmed running time has been exceeded
Check the path of the door
Re-programme the running time
ERROR SKS
The closing edge safety edge is faulty
The closing edge safety device was activated
Check the closing edge safety device and the spiral
cable
Remove obstruction from path of door
ERROR PRESSURE SWITCH TESTING
The pressure sensor is not triggered at the
CLOSED end position
Check the pressure sensor, spiral cable and profile
Check the setting for the CLOSED end position
