T his ve hicle is equipped with anti-
fogging dua l-p an e side w indow s to
provide extra insulation against
heat, cold and noise. B ecause of
the second pane of glass, under
certain ligh t and w eather c o n d i­
tions a m ultiple im age m ay be­
com e noticable, e sp e cia lly w hen
looking through the side w indow s
at an outside rear view m irror.
Storing M irror Positions in
M em ory
The exterior and inside rear view
m irror positions are stored in m e­
m ory with the s e a t/h e a d re s tra in t/
steering colum n position and can
be recalled w hen necessary, see
Index.
Note:
If the inside rear view m irror was
adjusted separately, the o rig in a lly
stored position rem ains in m em o­
ry. To recall position, press the
desired position button.
Folding th e m irrors out
T urn sw itch to point rearw ard.
Press sw itch forw ard until the
m irrors are folded out.
Im portant!
Do not fold m irrors out, forcing
them by hand. This w ill dam age
the operating m echanism of the
m irrors.
Folding th e m irrors in
Turn sw itch to point rearw ard.
Press sw itch rearw ard until the
m irrors are folded in.
Im portant!
Before running the vehicle through
an a utom atic car wash, fold m irror
in, otherw ise they m ay get
dam aged.
