Attaching the Adaptors
(item 6 or 10 as pictured above)
(for use with HD and Universal Cross Bars)
A. Insert the Adaptor into the underside of the LSH Main Body with
approximately a 45 degree angle between the Adaptor and
LSH Main Body (Fig 2a). Engage the Hook of the adaptor with the
slot in the LSH by closing the angle between the Adaptor and the
LSH Main Body (Fig 2b).
B. Press the Adaptor and the LSH Main Body together so that the
pressure clips fully engage into the LSH Main Body (Fig 2c).
C. Insert the Buffer Strip into the vertical channel (Fig 1d). The final
assembly will resemble Fig 2e.
Repeat this procedure for the remaining parts.

Mounting to Alloy Luggage Tray (ALT)
(using RCLSH)
(No Adaptors are necessary in this fitment)
A. Insert the Channel Nut into the channel of the desired ALT Cross
Beam.
NOTE: Align the longer side of the Channel Nut so that it is parallel
to the cavity of the Cross Beam then lower in on an angle (Fig 1b).
B. Rotate the Channel Nut clockwise so as to engage it with the
channel (Fig 1c).
C. Place the LSH Main Body onto the Cross Beam and align the
Fastener Hole with the Channel Nut hole. Insert the M8 bolt through
the large flat washer and plastic LSH Fastener Hole. Engage the bolt
into the Channel Nut by 2 or 3 turns (Fig 1d).
D. Adjust the LSH to the direction and position in which you wish to
support the load (The LSH can be mounted Parallel or Horizontal to
the Cross Beam). Tighten the M8 bolt to approximately 8Nm (Fig 1e).
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
Repeat this procedure for the remaining parts.
