now detach the lower suspension of the cylinder.
Remove one of the snap rings, which fix the bolt of the lower
suspension.
Remove the snap ring from the side of the magnet valve
block.
This will guarantee,that the bolt can be removed on the other
side, by driving it through, without hindrance.
Attention:
Before completely detaching the bolt from the suspensi-
on, a second person should secure the upper structure.
After removing the bolt, the upper structure is freely mo-
vable on the lateral axle.
Please note: The upper plate is not connected to the
base frame, therefore, please secure directly at the arti-
culated frame.
After removing the bolt of the lower suspension, the cylinder
can be pulled off the bolt of the upper suspension.
Finally unscrew the hydraulic wires from the magnet valve
block, in order to dismantle the cylinder.
Attention:
While dismantling the cylinder, oil might penetrate. The
cylinder should not be pressurized when dismantled.
