Time range is from 1 to 24 hours.
«Keep warm»:
–
You can switch the keep warm function on by
yourself. To do so press the «Delayed start/Keep
warm» button (26) once, the red indicator of the
button (26) will light up and you will hear three
sound signals, and operation countdown of this
mode will be shown on the display (2). Maximal
operation time of the multicooker in the keep
warm mode is up to 24 hours.
–
To switch the keep warm mode off press the
«Start/Stop» button (25), you will hear a sound
signal, the indicator of the button (26) will go out,
and the time on the display (2) will be reset.
Note:
–
The keep warm function is not intended for heat-
ing up the products.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE OF THE MULTICOOKER
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature
it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room
temperature before switching on.
–
Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and all pack-
age materials.
–
Place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface
away from all kitchen heat sources (such as gas
cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
–
Place the multicooker keeping at least 20 cm gap
between the multicooker body and the wall and
30-40 cm gap above the unit.
–
Do not place the unit close to the objects that can
be damaged by released hot steam.
Attention! Do not place the unit near bath tubs,
kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.
–
Open the multicooker lid (5) by pressing the but-
ton (6).
–
Remove the steam release lid (7).
–
Remove the cooking bowl (4).
–
Remove the drip tray (17).
–
Wash all the removable parts - the bowl (4), steam
release lid (7), steam cooking basket (19), spatula
(16), soup ladle (14) and measuring cup (15), drip
tray (17) - with a soft sponge with neutral deter-
gent, then rinse and dry.
–
Clean the unit body with a slightly damp cloth,
then wipe it dry. Install the steam release lid (7)
back to its place.
–
Install the drip tray (17) back to its place.
Note:
–
When switching the multicooker on for the first
time some foreign smell and a small amount of
smoke from the heating element is possible, this
is normal.
USING THE MULTICOOKER
–
Install the bowl (4) in the process chamber. Make
sure that the bowl (4) is placed evenly and has
a tight contact with the heating element surface
(12).
Notes:
–
Do not use the bowl (4) for washing cereals and
chopping products, this can damage the non-
stick coating.
–
Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl
(4) dry before use.
–
Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt
and moisture on the heating element (12) surface
and on the bottom of the bowl (4).
–
In the middle of the heating element (12) there
is a temperature sensor (13). Make sure that the
movement of the sensor (13) is not limited.
–
If you steam food, pour water in the bowl (4) so
that boiling water doesn’t reach the bottom of
the tray (19). Put the tray (19) with food into the
bowl (4).
–
After steam cooking do not remove the food with
bare hands, use kitchen tools and accessories.
–
Put necessary ingredients into the bowl following
the recommendations in the recipe (see «Recipe
book»).
Note:
–
Make sure that the level of ingredients and liquids
doesn’t exceed the maximal mark. The maximal
mark for porridges (except rice) according to the
«L
»
scale is 1.8, maximal mark for other products
and liquids according to the «CUP
»
scale is 10.
Attention!
All recipes are to be taken as recommendations,
as the amount and proportions of the ingredients
required for the recipes may vary depending on
local peculiarities, trade mark of products and
altitude above sea level.
General example of loading cereals and required
water amount for its cooking
–
Measure cereal with the measuring cup (15) (one
measuring cup is equal to approximately 160
grams of cereal), wash it, if needed, and place in
the bowl (4).
–
Add required amount of water.
–
For simplicity use the scale on the bowl (4) with
marks in cups «CUP». The scale has graduation
marking proportions for cereal and water.
For example:
–
If you put four measuring cups of cereal, you
need to pour water till «4 cups» mark on the
«CUP» scale.
