2. Introduction

ValVue ESD Overview

Masoneilan's ValVue ESD software is a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software tool that 
provides a powerful interface to Masoneilan’s SVI II ESD used in a Safety Instrumented System 
(SIS).

ValVue ESD is used to configure, calibrate and perform partial stroke testing and valve 
diagnostics with the SVI II ESD utilizing HART

®

 communications protocol.
